The first step to a successful tenancy is carrying out robust checks on potential tenants. Therefore, we use a third party reference agency called Rentshield to provide an independent reference and credit check report so we can make an informed decision.
Once the checks are satisfactory we at OCS will put in place an insurance policy which Guarantees the monthly rental income in the event that the tenant fails to pay their rent within the first 12 months.
Our policy covers all the court and legal costs associated with the eviction for non paying tenants as well as loss of rental income, taking away the stress and worry of loss of income and potential thousands of pounds in legal costs.
